What do you think is going to happen? Not what you want to happen, but what is your prediction?

I think some other team will end up switching. The Preds have very popular rivalries in the Western Conference that produce good games and bring in loads of fans. Very important to a team with a history of being financially shaky like the Preds do.

I can't think of another team, honestly. Any other team would require bigger restructuring overall. This way, pull Preds to East, then pull Avalanche or Wild to Central Div. letting Winnipeg join NW Div. I'm not sure I like it but it kind of seems the most likely since it's the easiest thing to do. Putting Detroit over in East would suck; the East would remain the more televised. It's just hard to know whether going to the East will be better in the long run or not. On the other hand, even if they did go, clearly the structure of the NHL changes all the time to accommodate things like teams moving to Winnipeg, so they might not be there too long? IDK.
I guess they're leaving it alone for the moment, but one of two things will happen: Preds move, or major restructure. Don't people usually pick the easy option?

Yeah, you have good points there. That kind of major restructuring could cause a lot of trouble keeping the most desirable games scheduled and televised. And I'd imagine the NHL needs ratings, anyway.

Always. I want more Preds game to happen, now. Haha. Maybe that'll be my next wish.

I know, I'm bored. I wish they had games and that I could go to them for free!
