Casey, if I mention my podcast, will you chase me off the boards with pitchforks and torches?

Absolutely not! It's about you, your achievements, so please do.

About six months ago, a friend of mine and I decided to start recording a weekly podcast on books and reading. We dubbed it The Library Police, got a bunch of audio equipment we barely understood, and, armed with an ironclad certainty that the internet was overflowing with hungry masses starved for our thoughts on the latest trend in young adult fiction, set forth to record. Despite our earnest efforts to the contrary, we have actually garnered a few hundred loyal listeners, and even have been invited to record an episode at the writing conference Killer Nashville at the end of August. I put this out here in the hopes of collecting a few more listeners, but there's more to it than that. One of the most difficult things about the podcast is coming up with a new topic each week. As such, I'd love a few suggestions on things in the literary world that you'd like to hear about. Also, if any of you would be interested in being a guest on the show, we always like having new and interesting people. Would love to hear any/all thoughts! www.librarypolice.net/

Sorry, I should have said so before you wrote up a new summary about it. BUT I edited the thread to reflect what you now have written.
