Hello!
I sincerely hope that this board will be successful in its own way somehow for the summer and possibly beyond. It shares its name, un cielo nocturno, with my blog over at blogspot. If you were wondering and haven't yet googled it, the phrase is Spanish for "a night sky." Night skies like the one pictured in the banner have inspired humanity for millions of years, and continue to do so (otherwise people wouldn't get so many star tattoos). I like them, and it's one of my favorite phrases in Spanish.
Anyway, my name is Casey but you can call me whatever you'd like so long as it's nice; many of you know me by various names, and I'll answer to all of them. I'll probably change my username so don't get too attached to anything!
I am currently an unemployed college graduated, having received a B.S. in Anthropology this past May. Lately I've been catching up with television and movies, and at this very moment I am drinking a Slim Fast meal replacement shake as hot chocolate, which I assure you is actually quite delicious!
I used to very much enjoy writing online with others, and I hope that I can find that same joy here. Maybe eventually I'll share my alternate world with you all!
-Casey

Haha I'm drinking the Slim Fast to actually replace a meal. I found that I'm not getting enough calories in my current very poor situation, and I need to boost my metabolism without cramming junk food in my mouth! We have real hot chocolate too but it's too sweet, and doesn't have all the fiber and vitamins.

Casey... I love your avatar. I wish I could identify it, but I think that's kinda the point. That creature looks like it would be fun to ride around on. When using this board in the future I will picture you doing exactly that. It is good to know that our moderator is a member of the cavalry, mounted above the fray, galloping across the thread fields on her [what is that thing?] to maintain order and promote, er, literacy or something.

Haha! Years ago a couple friends found this online, and named him William James. We don't know what he is either...he's just William James!!
